  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the expired almond paste, softened butter, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the chopped almonds.

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
